ABOUT Education SQUADS

Global Education Squads empower under resourced schools and teachers in the developing world with in-class support and hands-on projects that improve learning environments. Programs can range between 1-2 weeks and include enrichment activities that build cultural competence inspired by the local population.
Each volunteer has an individual donation goal depending on the country to help cover logistical expenses such as transport, local staff, meals, insurance, accommodations and also the year-round follow-up to their project by our local staff. Additionally, each group fundraises $1500 as a team to go toward the school infrastructure project.
Each Squad needs a minimum of 6 volunteers and one faculty leader. The faculty participate without a donation goal.
